Feeling is Healing

In this episode of Wired for Hope, Henry explores key insights from his psychedelic therapy research, reflecting on his personal journey into the field and the development of his ACT-informed approach. He discusses how psychological openness can deepen through preparation, experience, and integration—particularly when supported by imaginal exposure and group processes. The conversation also highlights his “ACT Spectrum of Selves” model, findings from psilocybin retreat research combined with intensive psychotherapy, and what appears to support lasting long-term change, alongside his perspective on the future direction of psychedelic therapy.
