30-minute Psychedelic therapy video, demonstrating two Spectrum of Selves exercises

Here we release a free training video that demonstrates two exercises you can use to apply the Spectrum of Selves model for Psychedelic-assisted Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). The video is an excerpt from the UK and Republic of Ireland Association of Contextual Behavioural Science preconference workshops 2024.
